I’ve trained with a few strength and conditioning coaches throughout my life to support me in my training in martial arts and I can honestly say Ian is on another level, I have been training with Ian for around 14 weeks now and is attention to detail is second to none, I feel he is really in touch with what my body needs, i had been suffering from a shoulder and hamstring injury and the rehabilitation work we of done in these areas as been amazing, I have strength, flexibility and mobility in areas that I had thought had long gone with youth, I actually feel so much better and younger, my body feels like it’s moving like it did year ago, I know I’ve got a long way to go still but I can see a promising future in my health and my competitive sports working with ian, I strongly recommend working with him whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this guys solid 💪🏼
