Many clients start with one-to-one coaching before moving into group coaching for added structure and accountability.

Having had a lot of instructors over the years, I would rate Ian as the best. All workouts tailored to the individual and their goals. The gym itself is quiet, well organised, spacious and designed to encourage concentration and focus on your workouts. I have trained with him for a little over a year and a half; no injuries just better strength and conditioning. The only gym my wife has felt comfortable in and motivated to attend!
